Yixing is one of the traditional brewing vessels used in China. Yixing teaware is made from purple clay whose properties make is ideal for bewing tea. The porous nature of purple clay absorbs the flavour, smell and colour of the tea that is brewed in it. For this reason, most people will dedicate a single flavour of tea to a specific Yixing teapot. This yixing teapot is a pale colour with an embossed fire breathing dragon. Yixing teapots are generally 125-150ml.
