Teaopia currently ships to Canada and the United States and is committed to delivering your purchase in a timely manner. Within Canada your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days via Purolator. Please allow up to one week for delivery depending on your location. For the United States we will be using Canada Post, please allow between 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Teaopia guarantees your 100% satisfaction. If any of our products do not meet your expectations we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase (less shipping fees) within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Simply email us at orders@teaopia.ca, be sure to include the order ID # along with a description of the problem. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
The refund will be issued only to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Please not that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
If you receive damaged merchandise please send a detailed description of the damaged item(s) along with the order ID # to orders@teaopia.ca immediately. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
Damaged items will be replaced immediately with no additional shipping fees incurred to you.
